Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution. Provide leadership and support to help manage the workload, especially in a high-pressure environment (“drinking from a fire hose”). Cybersecurity Initiatives: Accelerate phase one of cybersecurity initiatives, manage testing, and implement necessary security measures. Maintain a proactive approach to infrastructure security and disaster relief. Issue Escalation: Confidently and realistically escalate issues when necessary. Demonstrate an understanding of key players and effective communication skills to navigate organizational dynamics. Presentation Skills: Deliver presentations at a senior level, showcasing the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Self-starter: Operate with a high degree of independence, taking initiative to drive projects forward and address challenges promptly. Key Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience in infrastructure projects. Agile Environment: Proficient in working within Agile environments and experienced in using Jira for project tracking and management. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery testing. Ability to manage tactical aspects of different project scopes. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to escalate issues appropriately and the ability to identify and collaborate with key players within the organization. Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of interacting with senior leaders and stakeholders.
