At your discretion, you can provide candidates with detailed feedback. To do this, on the page of each candidate’s application, there is a special section where you can provide feedback on any of the candidate’s skills. If a candidate requests comprehensive feedback for each of the skills you assessed them on for your vacancy, invite your technical experts who conducted the interviews to your team’s platform and grant them access to the application from that candidate. This way, they will be able to independently fill out a form with feedback.
