ICF’s Data Modernization Division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology department, seeking a ServiceNow QA Test and Business Analyst for our DoD federal customer. Our Data Modernization Division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client’s business. Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including (but not limited to) RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications necessary for their practice expertise. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience in creating and executing tests for applications, executing the AGILE method, and can provide excellent results with minimal supervision. They will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, possess a strong understanding of detail, and possess superior maturity, professionalism, and judgment. Position Description As an Associate ServiceNow QA Test Analyst, you play a pivotal role in successfully deploying ServiceNow solutions for our clients. In this role, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions in ServiceNow. You will be embedded within an agile team supporting a DoD client who is implementing ServiceNow. Your technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. Your responsibilities include: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Execute test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of ServiceNow applications. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and address software defects and performance bottlenecks. Work closely with developers and product owners to troubleshoot issues, reproduce defects, and ensure timely resolution. Utilize industry-standard QA tools and methodologies to streamline testing processes and enhance overall product quality. Provide regular status updates, reports, and metrics on testing progress and product quality to stakeholders. Coordinate and conduct AGILE development process meetings: SCRUM ceremonies, driving and gathering requirements, sprint planning and reviews, and retro activities. Develop and refine stories, and create epics and themes. Perform ServiceNow System administration duties. ** While this is a remote role, meetings onsite may require your presence, no more than 10% of your time. ** Requirements: US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position). Must have a current or be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.) Required Experiences and Certifications: CompTIA Security + SCRUM Master ServiceNow Automated Test Framework 3+ years of QA Testing Valuable Skills for this role: Skilled at analyzing system documentation to summarize system functionality as it relates to the project at hand. Good understanding of basic system technologies as they relate to the project deliverables. Ability to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting by effectively responding to inquiries.
