For which tasks (responsibilities)?
We are growing rapidly and expanding our team to work more effectively with our existing clients and continuously engage in the production of new games.
We are currently seeking a recruiter who will be responsible for hiring employees: 3-5 vacancies per month, mainly 2D and 3D artists, but there may also be vacancies in marketing, the academy, management, and more.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting full-time and freelance 2D and 3D artists and employees for all business divisions of the company: the academy, marketing, administrative department, etc.;

Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to the employee’s start date;

Optimizing the recruitment process, finding new sources, and attracting new tools for search and evaluation;

Analyzing recruitment metrics, proposing and implementing improvements;

Building relationships with the art community and developing the recruiter’s personal brand;

Participating in the development of the company’s external HR brand;
-
Participating in other HR projects of the company – onboarding, brand management, evaluation and development, internal communications, etc.
What kind of professional are we looking for?

At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in game development or IT;

Experience in sourcing on ArtStation, LinkedIn, various social networks, Telegram channels, Discord, etc.;

An artistic eye and visual literacy sufficient for preliminary assessment of candidate art quality and differentiation of artistic styles;
-
An art education in any form is a plus;

Knowledge of Boolean search and various sourcing tools and extensions;

Skills in conducting comprehensive interviews, assessing soft skills and cultural fit, and using scoring cards for interviews;

Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to use them to optimize the process and negotiate with hiring managers.

Is able to engage in small talk and easily maintains conversations with candidates;

Aims to grow in recruitment and HR overall, reads professional articles, watches webinars, and takes courses;

Detail-oriented and meticulous, but generally open to people and new experiences, and is a friendly colleague (just like the HRD writing this text).
