Recruitment Partner at JobRack #vacancy #remote

Hi, I’m Debra the Head of Recruitment here at JobRack and I am on a mission to build the most amazing recruitment team, consisting of market leading experts who pride themselves on offering a fantastic service to clients and candidates and want to play an integral part in a very successful team.

To introduce you to the business and roles, I have recorded a short video for you to take a look at.

There’s a lot of detail below for you to read – if you don’t like all the details, then that’s totally OK, it just means this role is not for you!

If you take the time to apply then I will 100% read (and watch) every bit of your application. We’re not using AI to filter candidates, we’re real people looking for an amazing person to come join our team!

Our website needs a little updating, particularly our about page, so here’s a bit about us.

JobRack helps business owners from all over the world hire quality remote team members from Eastern Europe and more recently South Africa.

We’re a fully-remote team with team members in London, Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Spain, and Columbia. We get to know each other, support each other, and all love helping our clients hire amazing team members.

Our clients work with us for three key reasons:

1. We give them access to high-quality talent that they couldn’t find themselves

2. We give them the help and support to hire successfully

3. We are so confident in our ability to deliver an amazing service, we offer a one year guarantee.

What We Do

We’re a Bit Different From Other Recruitment Companies.

  • We help our clients hire real team members.
  • We offer serious remote jobs for serious remote workers.
  • We find people that our clients can trust and build their business around.

We guarantee our clients that we’ll find someone they’re ‘thrilled to hire’ — it is challenging, but we like it that way.

We’ve been helping people from Eastern Europe get great remote jobs since 2015, and we’ve recently added South Africa to the mix too.

We hire for all kinds of roles from software developers to marketing specialists, and operations managers to executive assistants, and many more.
