A large software and gaming company is looking for a Remote – Production Coordintor to join a growing static design production team. This person will work closely with several producers assisting with resourcing, keeping timelines up to date, and prioritization. They will coordinate resources, tasks, and schedules in collaboration with the creative services producers andfocus on ensuring teams have updated and accurate . information available via the project management and coordination tools. This person will also: Assist the producers in ensuring that resourcing data is accurate for projects. Coordinate with producers to verify schedules and communicate changes. Ensure tasks and projects have the necessary details. Attend meetings to record and distribute notes. Recognize and resolve information gaps inhibiting successful project outcomes, either by working directly with the team and stakeholders or, if unresolvable at that level, by escalating to your lead.
