Overview: Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a remote HL7 Interface Developer candidate sitting in one of the 14 approved states (listed below) for a direct hire opportunity with a growing healthcare organization. This person will spend their time building out new interfaces, creating design standards, completing automation solutions for manual steps, responsible for disaster recovery, patching servers, troubleshooting data issues, testing, running meetings, documentation and overall owning the stabilization. This role does require being available for an on-call rotation and partnering/mentoring a less experienced developer. This developer will own the support the connection, data communication, and automation between Epic Ascent and internal and external systems to facilitate patient care. They will be supporting 2 hospitals and 145 beds with majority of tasks flowing in and out of EPIC through Corepoint. Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an HL7 Developer
- Holds an EPIC Bridges certification.
- Utilized CorePoint Integration Engine
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Stable work history and not heavily a consultant
- Comfortable with on-call rotation
* Must live in one of these 14 states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Michigan, South Dakota, Texas, South Carolina, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Tennessee Pay: $85,000-$107,000 per year based on years of experience.
