Job Description Summary Remote Implementation Specialists use their technical knowledge to install and implement systems from the Diagnostic Cardiology portfolio, after a customer’s initial purchase of hardware or software. Diagnostic Cardiology includes – MUSE, DICOM Gateway, EMR Gateway, CardioDay and future products. Job Description Responsibilities Primary Installation Role responsibility where location of work is remote work from home across the United States. Collaborate and partner with Sales, Project Manager, Network Design and Digital services, customer IT and biomed to implement solutions sold. Use technical knowledge to install, monitor, and customize clients’ systems after an initial purchase of hardware or software. Ensure a client does not only buy a product but has a positive experience with it. Assess existing infrastructure to support installation of new solution. May also perform installation, validation, and connectivity on assigned equipment. Help customers and sales to proactively identify customer needs, ensure resolution, proper follow-up, and ongoing customer satisfaction. Consult with IT and biomed on customer requirements for installation and address cyber security concerns. Responsible for prompt administrative responsibilities like maintaining customer service requests, updating internal service records in a timely manner, and providing post-install technical customer support. Provide instruction to personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair. Supports engineering new product releases Expected travel minimum Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in installing and configuring network equipment Demonstrated experience with communicating and remediating networking infrastructure Demonstrated experience implementing software in a network environment Current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer solutions and protection to our customers and our business Understanding of cyber security vulnerabilities Deep technical acumen in one or more healthcare modalities. Demonstrated ability to handle/resolve complex technical issues and apply expert-level knowledge to applicable systems. Excellent multi-tasking skills to manage complex remote trouble shooting process. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure.
