This role is an important member of our team as they manage the systems administrator team for the University in the areas of Identify and Access Management, servers, M365 administration (including email), and backups. The Information Services and Security Division manages various aspects of technology, information management, and security within Central Washington University. Within Information Services and Security, the Enterprise Systems Services group operates as part of the Infrastructure Services Team which is responsible for operation and maintenance of key foundational systems including networks, storage, compute, telecommunications, account management, and cloud services. The Role: This position provides management, project coordination and technical leadership as for the Enterprise Systems Services team with responsibility for enterprise platforms including Microsoft AD/EntraID, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, storage, databases, auxiliaries, and email environments serving the university community. Makes decisions and recommendations regarding enterprise platform technologies. Manages upgrades, projects and technology R&D efforts with a focus on operational stability, timeliness, attention to detail and customer focus. Collects and reports on key performance metrics for the team and the operational health of systems.
