- Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core , and .NET Framework.
- Strong knowledge of SQL , Firebase , and Redis for caching purposes.
- Experience with MSSQL and NoSQL Databases (e.g., Firebase).
- Hands-on experience with platform delivery and end-to-end development .
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience specifically in backend development.
- Ability in architecture design , writing clean , extensible, and testable code .
- Familiarity with Avalonia.UI , Azure , Kentico , and Umbraco is advantageous.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools like TeamCity .
- Experience with WPF is a plus.
- Team player with problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.
- Proficiency in English (B2) and Polish (A2) languages.
- Call (15 min): It takes place after positive consideration of your CV. We will tell you who we are, how we work and who we are currently looking for. We will want to know your expectations towards the company, project and cooperation. We will also answer all the questions bothering you at this stage.
- Online meeting (1 h): This is a technical interview conducted by our CTO or another technical leader. We will want to know more about your experience so far, we will ask a few technical questions, but also answer your questions. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the project / projects and work at Appstronauts.
- Decision (max. 3 days): After the technical meeting, we come back to you with feedback. If the meeting was positive, you will receive a cooperation offer from us. If, at the moment, we decide not to propose a project to you, you will receive detailed information about what the decision comes from and what it is worth working on to join us in the future.
