Job Description Responsibilities: Onboard new applications into the SailPoint platform, ensuring seamless integration and configuration. Develop and maintain Java Database Connectivity (JDBC) connectors for automated provisioning of identities and access rights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient SailPoint rule configurations. Utilize JavaScript and Java to develop and maintain complex SailPoint rules, workflows, and data transformations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint configurations and integrations. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Skills and Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in SailPoint development and administration. Proficient in Java and JavaScript programming languages. Solid understanding of JDBC connectivity and database integration concepts. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices. Experience in agile software development methodologies. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and LifecycleManager modules. Knowledge of enterprise-level identity management solutions and compliance requirements. Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and containerization technologies.
