In this role, you will be responsible for: Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks. Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements and optimize user experience. Provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and implement these changes as appropriate. Automate processes using Salesforce tools like process builder, flow automation, and validation rules. Manage less complex Salesforce integrations that do not require the involvement of a Salesforce Developer or Consultant/Partner. Identifying, installing, and maintaining suitable apps from the AppExchange for event management, mass email, document merge, and more. Train new users and fostering Salesforce skill development across the organization. The required qualifications for the job include: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Salesforce Administrator Certification is required (ADM 201) Experience with data management and data quality assurance. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is required. Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and/or Service Cloud is a plus. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience with Agile methodology, successful project management in an Agile environment.
