An employer is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join their team. The majority of this team is based in Hartford, CT, but this position can sit remotely for the right resource. This position is open because the company is working on a larger initiative to modernize all of their legacy Medicaid systems. This program is examining business processes and systems that are currently in place, and are working to improve technology and processes improvements to improve service delivery and support new initiatives. While modernizing the legacy Medicaid systems, the department will be transferring legacy systems into newer technologies including Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Technical Lead for this project, and will be responsible for creating and managing projects within Salesforce. They will help manage the vendor, to ensure they are hitting their deliverables, and will also be hands on with code reviews, kickstarting new development, and overall administrative functionality. This resource will also be responsible for code deployment, and helping with the overall mission to standardize the DevOps tools being used by the department, and help with current processes including data loading. Strong communication skills and high attention to detail are key for someone to be effective in this position.
