Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience as well as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 or above. 4+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Service Cloud. * Experience building flows and triggers, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components & LWC. Experience leveraging REST/SOAP API’s as well as MuleSoft and Informatica middleware to integrate with other systems. Familiarity with data migration practices using tools such as Data Loader. Understanding of the Salesforce security model: Roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, field-level security, and platform encryption. Familiarity with the Einstein Platform services such as Analytics, Discovery, Prediction Builder, and Language.
