POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Solutions group at NYU Langone Health seeks a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert to help lead the medical center in the architecture and management of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as well as integrations with other Salesforce platforms and enterprise data via Mulesoft. This is an exciting opportunity at a world class medical center in the heart of Manhattan. III. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Understand business needs from multiple business stakeholders and synthesize into solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as a component of the overall NYULH Salesforce integrated platform. Work to define an architectural strategy that allows for improvement while maintaining a stable and secure environment for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build and maintain a team of engineers and other digital talent to enhance and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and associated integrations. Mentor less-experienced staff with responsibility for their technical development. Develop an in depth understanding of NYU Langone Health data and how it can be leveraged (in a secure and compliant way) to meet business needs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Design Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation with broad implications, including integration of with other enterprise platforms. Serve as a liaison to Salesforce and other vendors to manage costs and rationalize ROI. IV. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years’ experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated technologies (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Mulesoft) technologies in large institutions. Expert knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and associated modules – including Email Studio, Audience Studio, Social Studio and others. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate with business stakeholders effectively. Knowledge of various computer architectures, protocols and technologies sufficient to understand and articulate trade-offs with various architectural approaches to configuring Salesforce. A strong focus on business outcomes Ability to work independently to achieve goals. Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders and working with individuals in a large / diverse technology organization. Deep understanding of data security and how to effectively secure sensitive data in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
