Job Description
* Lead the design and development of intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for web and mobile applications, with a focus on leveraging no code/low code platforms
* Utilize AI/ML technologies to enhance user experiences, personalize content, and automate processes
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, conduct user research, and translate findings into actionable design solutions
* Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using no code/low code tools to accelerate the design process
* Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights, incorporating AI/ML-driven enhancements
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design, as well as emerging AI/ML technologies, and incorporate them into our processes

Skills and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field and 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a focus on no code/low code solutions and AI/ML integration
* Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
* Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
* Experience working with no code/low code platforms such as Bubble, Webflow, or OutSystems
* Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AWS SageMaker
* Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript null
