Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role of Remote WFH Full Time Data Entry Clerk – Typing – Part Time Entry Level. This is a full-time remote position that offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities:
– Accurately input data into our database and maintain records on a regular basis
– Verify and correct data discrepancies or errors
– Organize and maintain electronic and paper files to ensure information is readily available
– Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity
– Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
– Complete assigned tasks within given deadlines
– Adhere to company policies and procedures
– Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency
– Report any data issues or concerns to management
– Other administrative or data-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent education
– Previous data entry experience preferred but not required
– Fast and accurate typing skills (at least 45 words per minute)
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Reliable internet connection and computer/laptop
– Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
