Wargaming is looking for a 小++ / Unreal developer to join Game Engine Development team in World of Tanks Blitz. The team works hard to deliver engine tools for the entire product and support game optimization and content production.
Created by the Wargaming mobile development studio MS-1, World of Tanks Blitz is the world-renowned cross-platform shooter game with over 140 million downloads around the globe. We are going to celebrated our 10th anniversary this summer, and continue to break profit records year after year.
We want you to become a part of this groundbreaking project! MS-1 is a multi-site studio with primary locations in Vilnius, Warsaw, Berlin, and Shanghai. Its international, multicultural team comprises professionals of various backgrounds and experience across all disciplines, including development, publishing, and operations. This cultural diversity helps deliver games that click with different audiences around the globe.

Lead Tools Developer
What will you do?
- Develop new tools and optimize existing ones
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to maintain project timelines
- Stay updated on the latest Unreal Engine features, tools, and best practices to enhance development processes and workflow efficiency
What are we looking for?
- 3+ year of experience in commercial C++ development (11/14/17)
- Knowledge of classical algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Practical knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/ Unreal Engine 5/ Unity
- Knowledge and experience in multithreaded and asynchronous programming
- Proficiency in English
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Familiarity with additional programming languages, such as Python Proficiency with version control software, such as Git.
- Understanding 3D mathematics
