  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science is advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar environment.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce system administration and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce upgrades and integration.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining Salesforce databases.
  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Competency in creating Salesforce profiles, assigning roles, and managing access.
  • Familiarity with importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to deliver Salesforce training and provide end-user support.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of data management and security best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
