Learn more about our culture at team.lifeway.com/culture-code This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote Responsibilities Work closely with the Technical Platform Manager, GTM Ops team and other designated business partners to proactively identify and respond to challenges that can be solved with system improvements. Participate in requirements gathering sessions and workshops that produce process maps, diagrams, mock-ups, and other documents that can be used to generate specific functional business requirements. Contribute to the writing of user stories collaboratively or independently. Gather metrics of success and estimated performance improvements for requested features and enhancements to help prioritize. Coordinate the tracking and acceptance testing of features and enhancements with the GTM Ops team and other designated business partners by producing acceptance criteria, developing test plans, performing functional testing, and scheduling functionality reviews. Collaborate with the technical and business teams in producing and maintaining a data dictionary of all data points, their definitions, their sources and destinations, and their use within the platform. Work closely with project manager to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects within scope, time and budget. Research both released and upcoming Salesforce features while working closely with the Sr. Salesforce Admin to recommend valuable additions to the Lifeway Salesforce platform. Work with Scrum Master and Platform Manager to ensure agile best practices are followed Define, monitor and report on key performance indicators for the health and adoption of the platform Produce quality deliverables within hard deadlines under minimal guidance Triage production issues and resolve based on priority Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related degree preferred 3+ years Salesforce business analyst experience (or similar CRM) with technical aptitude and business analysis skills Proven ability to think strategically and analytically about business issues Strong knowledge Agile (Scrum) and of all phases of SDLC Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills with attention to detail Experience serving as a key contributor on the implementation of an enterprise system Experience facilitating meetings including creating agendas, scheduling, leading, capturing action items Working within various levels of an organization Experience with Jira or similar agile project management tool Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud required Experience with Marketing Cloud a plus
