Join our team and help us continue to grow!Job Description Rave/MSI is hiring for a Salesforce CPQ Developer with extensive experience in CPQ processes within the Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance and troubleshooting of the business architecture in support of quoting and selling processes, as well as implementing small to medium system enhancements. The CPQ Developer will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working cross-functionally to identify and document business needs and requirements. Assist sales team with complex quoting functions. Translate enhancement needs into technical specifications including configurations, workflow, business rules, interface design and definitions, data management, risk analysis and mitigation. Pricebook and product/SKU management – products, bundles, MDQ, pricing rules, validation rules, etc. Create and update quote templates (Nintex). Develop/configure automation processes such as Flows and Approval Processes. Collaborate with business analysts to document requests for enhancements and defects. Conduct qualitative and robust QA testing in a full sandbox environment prior to migrating solutions to the production environment. Maintain a catalog of process documentation, identifying key risks and testing requirements to ensure releases do not negatively impact another area or process. Understand and follow governance policies to align the team on prioritization, capacity, and release processes. Perform gap analysis to better optimize systems and processes to suit end-user needs. Maximize out-of-the-box solutions and limit custom development wherever possible. Minimum experience: 3+ years of business analyst or deal desk experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience architecting & designing complex CPQ solutions including understanding of the following topics/processes: products, pricing, discounting, quoting processes, booking, order fulfillment, contracts and subscriptions, amendments, renewals, etc. Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components along with the integration of AppExchange apps preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sc
