As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for the ongoing development, support and maintenance of our Salesforce.com platform, within a small team of Product Owners, Salesforce Architects, Developers and Admins.
You will work alongside a team of software engineers and analysts using technology to solve business problems. The team structure gives opportunity for growth and to have an impact from day 1.
Your responsibilities
Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications Creating timelines and development goals Testing the stability and functionality of the application Troubleshooting and fixing bugs Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
Working with 3rd party vendors and external APIs
Focus the organization’s use of data towards what best serves the mission
Striving towards coding best practices and data quality
Skills required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering Previous work experience with application and software development Experienced in Apex, JavaScript, LWC and VisualForce. Competency in HTML, XML, SQL, Java or C++, REST and SOAP-based web services Experience in SFDX and CI/CD Good communication skills Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
Experience required
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer 4+ years working with Salesforce com certified Platform Developer I Additional Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
