Salesforce Developer Start Date: 7/8/2024 Project Duration: 1 Year Workday: 9 Hours per day Work Location: Remote Technical Environment: Salesforce, Salesforce PSS Public Sector Solution or OmniStudio and AWS, Project Description: Embarking on a 2-year digital enablement effort. The scope includes system design, develop and implement services of a disease surveillance and licensing and permitting solution with additional wrap around services, such as change management and training for these systems and two other system implementations of immunization and lab information systems. Required Skills: a. Candidate should have experience participating in a fast-paced Agile framework/Scrum methodology environment for software development lifecycle activities. b. Candidate should have 5+ years of experience with Salesforce. Salesforce certifications required. c. Candidate should be a good team player, can learn quickly, and have excellent written and spoken communication. d. Candidate should have public sector solution (PSS) or Omni studios experience A Scrum Analyst should adhere to several responsibilities. Few selective ones among them are as follows:

  • Experience of Salesforce.com Development , implementation including configuration and customization/ data migration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com administrative tasks like creating profiles, roles, users, email services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Developed Formula fields, Workflow rules, Validation rules .
  • Worked on Page layout customization, page layout assignment-based profiles and created custom links based on user requirement.
  • Experience in Agile Environment and strong knowledge of bug tracking tools like Jira .
  • Proficient in customizing standard objects: Accounts, Contacts, opportunities, Products, Price books, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, Reports and Dashboards.
  • Implemented Security and Sharing rules at object, field and record level for different users at different levels of organization.
