ASAP has been engaged by a SAP Certified Partner – a Systems Implementation Partner, to help recruit & hire a National SAP Practice Leader.This is what many firms might call a Vice President level role and has P&L responsibility as a key member of the C-Suite Leadership Team. Primarily – the role is responsible to help build and grow the SAP Practice.Total package would likely be in the $350+ range for a qualified SAP Practice Leader. Location: Hybrid, any major city (USA only).Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred. Profile: 15+ years in the SAP Industry – Delivery & Consulting or SAP COE Wide industry experience to include private sector (CPG, Retail, Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing) and public sector (SLED and/or Federal) Hiring, talent acquisition, growth, culture and strategic direction GTM – go to market strategy and working closely with Sales & BD leaders Pre-Sales as the face of the SAP Practice with late-stage customers Potential speaking engagements – Sapphire, ASUG, etc. Hybrid/Remote role with travel as needed – East Coast or Central Time Zone preferred “growth” mind-set and someone focused on values, integrity, and culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
