JOB DESCRIPTION Skiltrek is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to sit fully-remote. This individual will be supporting AI/Client transformation efforts to modernize clinical, safety, and pharmacovigilant domains to reshape their approach to data & analytics. This individual will be responsible for coordinating an internal Hackathon to support product growth. Day to day they will be working with stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements while leading prioritization sessions to allocate work to respective teams. This individual must have a expertise in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry to understand the business impact of the transformation. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Background supporting AI/Client/NLP transformation initiatives
- Domain experience in Pharmaceuticals or Healthcare
- Experience coordinating and conducting an internal Hackathon
- Experience as a liaison between senior level stakeholders and technical teams
DESIRED SKILLS
- Technical understanding of AWS Cloud, System Architecture or SaaS offerings
- Understanding of Compute, GPU, code for AI/Client environments
