Offer stage – Welcome to the Food family!
Your tasks:
- As a module supervisor, you will be responsible for processing support requests during ongoing operations, including second and third-level support, as well as fine-tuning and continuously optimising our SAP QM system.
- In your role, you will independently manage projects in SAP quality assurance and quality management processes at our sites.
- You will implement requirements in the context of process consulting with a food focus, carry out comprehensive tests and coordinate external service providers in a professional manner. You conceptualise and design solution implementation
- Analysing existing systems and processes as part of project work and implementation
- Developing and optimising a technical concept in close coordination with the specialist department and developers
- In the SAP universe, you will be responsible for managing customising in SAP QM, including user training, development of QM packages and documentation processes
Expectations:
- 3-5 years of professional experience as an SAP specialist in quality management
- Completed studies related to food technology or the pharmaceutical industry, business administration, business informatics or similar qualifications
- Integrative understanding of processes in product development, logistics, PP and MM, taking into account change processes on quality aspects
- Ideally experience in AMS activities, interface view to purchasing, document management
- Thanks to your analytical and structured way of working and your excellent communication skills, you will set standards in our SAP environment and be willing to travel a maximum of 10% of the time.
- As an interdisciplinary, interculturally experienced team player, you are a strong communicator and consultant in German and English.
