Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior SAP Finance and Controlling Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior SAP Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading teams through the full life-cycle implementation of SAP systems. Your expertise will drive agile adoption within implementation programs, offering you a unique opportunity to shape processes and methodologies.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with consultants, advisors, and experts to develop and deliver tailored solutions.- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their technology challenges, and contributing to innovative solutions.- Lead and mentor consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding existing client accounts.- Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.- Liaise with technical programs to align dependency efforts.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and service delivery.- Contribute to the strategic vision of the SAP Practice, positioning the company as a technology consulting leader.- Oversee the financial performance of the Practice, adhering to budgets and ensuring profitability.- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and publications, establishing thought leadership in the technology consulting space.Requirements:- 8+ years of relevant work experience in SAP FICO, with a minimum of 3+ years consulting.- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO.- Solid understanding of consulting methodologies, industry trends, and technology.- Continuous learner with a deep understanding of agile best practices.- Excellent communication skills across different cultures and seniority levels.- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.- Strong presence, professional image, and ability to deal confidently with complex business problems.- Fluency with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools.- Relevant certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are a plus.Education:- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields is preferred.Additional Qualifications:- Demonstrated experience in structuring complex business transformation programs.- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.- Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills.- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.- Strong influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive decisions.- Strong business acumen and emotional intelligence.- Ability to work both conceptually and in detail.Work Environment:- Remote work within the United States, with occasional travel.- This role does not provide visa sponsorship.- U.S. person status required due to ITAR regulations.Summary:- Location: USA – TX – Any City- Type: Full-time position Employment Type: Full-Time Education Level: No formal educational credential Get It Recruit – Finance connects job seekers with employers and opportunities that match their qualifications.
