Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager [Mandatory], Candidate should hold +5 years working experience in System Center Operations Manager covering all core features in Administration, Authoring, Monitoring and Reporting, Proven experience in MCEM/SCCM deployment and infrastructure including design, management, and implementation experience, Utilize knowledge of the customer MECM environment to resolve issues in a timely manner, Manage software distribution including Microsoft Security upgrades and standard desktop software on global basis using both MCEM/SCCM and Intune platforms, Create reports and dashboards for use in planning corporate hardware and software requirements, Meet with internal clients to assess needs, identify key challenges, and define project scope and deliverables for software application deliveries, Troubleshoot and correct MCEM/SCCM client and distribution point errors including failed SCCM deployments and MCEM/SCCM health issues, Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, software delivery, client heath, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings, Current and deep Windows client deployment experience with Windows 10, Experience building and updating desktop and server images using multiple methodologies, Create, test, and distribute common operating systems, application packages, scripts, batch programs to provide software delivery/packaging and configuration management of the computing platform environment, Provide application/Windows OS installation/configuration/patching data reporting (application install status, client health, ) leveraging Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Experience with Major Microsoft Technologies [Operating System | Active Directory | SharePoint | SQL Server … etc.], Microsoft Intune [Mandatory], Migration Experience of Windows 10 device from On-Prem AD+MCEM managed environment to Azure AD+Intune (standalone) managed environment is must., As SME, you are responsible for end-to-end management and troubleshooting of Devices including but not limited to OS, Application, Configuration, Compliance management, Expertise in PowerShell Scripting and Proficiency in other scripting languages (e.g., VBS, Batch Scripts, etc.) will be an additional advantage, In-depth knowledge to create and configure MDM policies, Create and Deploy applications using Intune i.e., managing application lifecycle, Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 10/11, Managing OS Upgrades for Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, Rugged, HoloLens devices, Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues (related to application deployment, configuration issue, etc.) and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience
