The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

RTX Corporate is hiring for a Senior Analyst, Global Trade to support the RTX Corporate Global Trade Program. The Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, developing relationships with internal customers and collaborating with Corporate and Business team members. The successful candidate will be an established and productive professional contributor and may face difficult and complex problems. The candidate will work autonomously with limited supervision.

What You Will Do

  • Generate and validate GT Program Health Metrics to provide enterprise-wide and Corporate specific health monitoring for GT. This includes enhancing and optimizing the collection process, and synthesizing of disparate inputs from the Business Compliance leads, into coherent and insightful reports.
  • creating, updating, operating, and closing out the semi-annual Global Trade Health Assessment which is an Internal Audit recognized assurance activity. This assessment covers both the oversight and management activities of the Corporate organization and the enterprise.
  • supporting transaction overflow including clearing basic RPS screening hits, Corporate transactional requests such as visitor requests and export requests, and executing the international travel audits for Corporate (another Internal Audit recognized assurance activity).
  • supporting the Program Services leader with the operation of the Operations and Strategy Reviews, Global Trade Town Halls, and Global Trade Council meetings and Jurisdiction and Classification Steering Committee.
  • Travel up to 10%, or as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance may be required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Relevant experience within international business, process improvement and data analytics, and/ or legal regulatory.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerBI, OneTrust, and Microsoft Sharepoint.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
  • Excellent customer relation/interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to collaborate with multiple business functions and internal customers for success.
  • Though the role is primarily remote, there may be requirements to come on-site periodically. With this in mind, candidates, it’s preferred the candidate is located in or around Farmington, CT or Northern Virginia

The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD – 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
