Summary: This position is responsible for writing accurate and efficient program code, updating and expanding existing programs, debugging existing programs, and testing software with both manual and automated unit testing approaches. Must have Mulesoft experience in infrastructure and development with at least 5 years of experience. What You’ll Be Doing: Expert in multiple technologies and design techniques that shape the decision and direction of the department and the enterprise. Full stack development; proficient and fluent in all stages of development.Vast knowledge of all facts in development. Analyzes existing program logic to determine the best method of accomplishing required changes or cause of program malfunction. Performs maintenance and modification of programs currently in production to keep them responsive to user needs and to assure efficient operation in the production environment. Error handling / code exception management. Designs program logic to meet specifications and to adhere to development and architecture standards. Prepares test data and thoroughly tests code leveraging automated unit test framework (when possible). Analyzes production programs to isolate problems or to determine more efficient methods. Documents and maintains program specifications according to Grange standards. Fulfills administrative reporting requirements. Lead, mentor and coach associates within team and across multiple disciplines on technology, process or projects. Leads a collaborative environment and willingly shares and encourages others to share their experience and newfound knowledge with co-workers. What You’ll Bring To The Company: Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Information Technology or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or similar degree. At least 8 years of prior experience preferred. Mulesoft experience in infrastructure and development required with at least 5 years of working experience.Middleware/API knowledge and experience required.Ability to work with multiple middleware technologies in a hybrid cloud environment or willingness to learn new technologies.Experience and understanding in micro services preferred. Proficient in a multiple business disciplines/functions and knowledgeable about the business’ strategic direction. Demonstrate proficiency in learning and using multiple development languages.
