Business Partnership: Closely partner with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide BI solutions and recommendations Recognize and recommend value-add opportunities not directly stated by stakeholders Actively communicate with stakeholders on priorities and project statuses Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed Dashboard Development: Conceptualize, build, implement and maintain complex dashboards and reports in Power BI for executives and cross-functional teams Lead requirement gathering, identifying key business needs, resolving ambiguity and ensuring accuracy Actively communicate with stakeholders on project status, questions and UAT Launch and enable end users with training and documentation Operational Improvement: Evaluate, design, implement and lead operational processes and best practices for our BI environment, development and deployment to improve efficiency and effectiveness Support a data governance framework that includes policies, procedures and best practices for data management to ensure data quality, reliability and security Support the continuous enhancement of our BI environment structure to optimize how users access insights Support Broader BI Ecosystem: Collaborate with our direct team and functional analytics teams to design and maintain an optimal BI environment. Provide training and support to analytics teams and end-users, ensuring they can effectively leverage our BI environment for self-service and develop an understanding of the data, metrics and dashboards, helping drive business value and improve data literacy across the company Enhance BI environment through continuous improvement of capabilities, operations, and support Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in BI technologies and methodologies to enhance the company’s BI capabilities
