tasks
- As part of our innovative and international team, you will be responsible for advising on and implementing cloud strategies as well as designing and blueprinting cloud architectures (e.g. in the areas of IoT, portals, analytics, BI and apps) for our customers. Your responsibilities will focus on the development of strategies and solutions for cloud-based infrastructure and applications, as well as the identification of new, innovative cloud technologies
- As a mastermind, you will advise our customers and our development teams on the design of the global enterprise IT architecture or specific applications
- You evaluate planned changes and solution options in terms of opportunities and risks, make technology and architecture decisions and represent these to the customer
- You keep an eye on current technology trends in the industry and identify innovations and best practices to further develop our architecture patterns
- Based on your experience with conventional on-premise infrastructures, you will design future cloud infrastructures and applications and manage migrations with confidence
- You continuously develop existing best practices and are happy to pass on your knowledge to our inquisitive young professionals

Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or a comparable technical degree program and at least 10 years of professional experience as an enterprise or solution architect in complex, heterogeneous IT landscapes
- Expert knowledge of AWS and AWS certifications at Associate and Professional level
- Expert knowledge of state-of-the-art data center / network infrastructures, i.e. NAC, DNS, firewall, VPN etc., servers (Windows/Linux), storage, backup, virtualization, containers, automation (e.g. Ansible), IT security, infrastructure as code
- Very good communication skills in German and English, as well as willingness to travel occasionally round off your profile
