( Job Description Summary This unique role is responsible for maintaining the newly implemented SAS commission administration system (Varicent ICM) and providing support to the sales organization. The primary functions will relate to supporting the Varicent ICM solution to ensure incentive compensation is calculated and reported correctly. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is a quick learner, proactive in solving problems, and has strong communication skills. This role will need to collaborate with team members and other business partners to develop business requirements, implement solutions, make changes to commission plans, design new incentive plans, and develop reports within the commission system. Essential Functions In-depth understanding of the Lease commission plans/calculations and related data Collaborate with team members and other business partners to determine the best Varicent ICM solutions to fulfill commission plan requirements Implement and test commission plan changes in Varicent ICM as provided by Sales leadership Estimate time/effort to implement changes, facilitate prioritization of work, document decisions, and communicate timelines Communicate/meet with Sales team to explain calculations and answer questions related to commission plan payouts. Document current policies, processes, and procedures Provide Varicent ICM training to team members Create/maintain Varicent ICM training materials Work with internal and external financial and compliance auditors Leverage continuous improvement practices and techniques to improve processes and solutions Collaborate with IT on designing and implementing data exchanges between Varicent ICM and other systems (e.g., ERP) Design, develop, and execute test cases and capture results to validate functionality changes Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned.
