Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, design, and implement internal data process improvements; optimizes data processing, extraction, and presentation scripts.
  • Identify process deficiencies, research solutions; and plan and coordinate the remediation of these deficiencies.
  • Perform complex data analysis on structured and unstructured data formats; and define KPI or performance and analysis metrics.
  • Create trend analysis reports.
  • Investigate data, data sources and perform complex data quality analysis
  • Identify, design, and implement KPI or performance metrics from structured and unstructured data formats.
  • Analyze data processes, identifies process deficiencies, researches solutions and plans and coordinates the remediation of these deficiencies.
  • Identifies, designs, and implements internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data processing and delivery .
  • Communicates and maintains master data, metadata, data management repositories, logical data models, data standards.
  • Analyze data, write up source to target mapping, read data models and data mining and data profiling.
  • Assists with the design and implementation of operational and system enhancements to ensure production capabilities are both effective and efficient.
  • As appropriate, write and validate business data requirements and conduct data testing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and technology staff, including off-shore personnel, to ensure that communication is open and ongoing.
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place and at time work with internal and external auditors on documentation.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Working knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI.
  • 10+ years experience on advanced SQL programming preferably in SQL Server, Oracle
  • Expert in performing advanced and complex data analysis.
  • Experienced with data pipeline and workflow management tools.
  • Experienced with data wrangling and preparation for use within data science, business intelligence or similar analytical workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and all organizational levels.
  • High level organizational and project management skills in order to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a timely manner and to monitor processes throughout a team or department
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Office includes Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, SQL, & Azure DevOps
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
