We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours during training will be 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. Primary Responsibilities: Perform analysis, review, forecast, and trending of complex data Collaborate with stakeholders including business partners, SMEs, and BAs to build new dashboards and performance reporting to monitor and improve business performance Own the development and maintenance of production and ad-hoc operational reports Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through Analytics Interact one-on-one and consult with all levels of leadership Will use foresight in future infrastructure development You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Must be at least 18 years of age OR higher 5+ years of experience working with data systems with an understanding of relational databases and database structures (i.e., SQL, Oracle) 5+ years of experience developing in business intelligence/visualization software (preferably Power BI or Tableau) 3+ years of experience with writing advanced SQL queries and stored procedures 3+ years of experience performing, managing, and delivering on analytic projects/initiatives 2+ years of experience utilizing analytic tools (such as Alteryx, Monarch, SAS, etc.) and/or ETL tools developing data translation processes Ability to travel 10% of the time Ability to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data manipulation software (such as Alteryx, Monarch) Experience working with healthcare analytical products or datasets Experience researching data needs, determining scope, and reporting feasibility while communicating with various levels of leadership Ability to adapt in a challenging dynamic atmosphere Telecommuting Requirements: Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable) Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy. Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service.
