You are passionate about innovation and digital transformation – so are we! Our IT teams are actively involved in business process design and Group-wide projects. We don’t let IT do it, we do it ourselves. Join us and use your expertise to become part of our team in one of the most beautiful industries in the world and be responsible for
- Communication between the specialist departments in the development of technical process and IT requirements as a single point of contact for the specialist departments
- Independent analysis, conception and implementation of new technical requirements in cooperation with IT and the supported STORE MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES or FINANCE departments
- Technical and procedural analysis of processes in various areas of the company to derive optimization potential and recommendations for action
- Design and modeling of target processes
- Creation of functional descriptions in collaboration with application consultants and joint coordination of implementation
- Conception of tests and participation in various test phases
- Planning and implementation of key and end user trainings
- For the Berlin location: travel to the company headquarters in Braunschweig
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
- Ideally several years of experience in one or more of the following areas Financial accounting, in controlling, treasury, in group tax, CAFM or in a consulting environment
- Knowledge of recording and structuring technical requirements
- Understanding of processes, analytical and solution-oriented thinking and assertiveness
- Ideally knowledge of process modeling and experience with process modeling tools
- Desire and passion to familiarize yourself with new and innovative topics and to help shape the future of a growing company
- Very good German and good English skills
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality
