Responsibilities:
· Responsible for being the key interface into ITD GBS Infrastructure, for capturing demand requests as soon as possible, as well as being the single point of contact until the end of demand lifecycle.
· Responsible for assuring the quality of information provided by Demand Requestors.
· Responsible for creating assessment documentation for every demand request, cross matching it with the utilization of Infrastructure Delivery teams.
· Responsible for creating Demand Board documentation (agenda, minutes) and present all demand assessment forms to ITD GBS Infrastructure stakeholders as well as gathering approval, by chairing the Demand Board
· Drives low level demand management process for ITD GBS Infrastructure, and ensure that demands are captured, assessed, cost and implementable/scalable with agreements on delivery commitments from the implementation and operations teams
· Responsible for creating, maintaining and reporting of ITD GBS Infrastructure pipeline by assessing the captured demands.
· Identify and communicate any deviations from the demand management process
· Keep all relevant stakeholders regularly and appropriately informed. Ensure good communication flow to stakeholders.
· Prepares estimations and proposal on resource planning and allocation for human resources.
Requirements:
· University or college degree is preferred
· Minimum 5+ years’ relevant work experience
· Excellent interpersonal-, conflict handling and communication skills – the ability to communicate well in English and Hungarian, verbally and in written form.
· Advanced demand management skills, advanced stakeholder management skills, structured way of thinking, good organizational skills.
· Ability to establish priorities, coordinating, communicating and managing tasks with minimal direction from organizational strategy.
· Highly motivated with a positive attitude, problem-solving approach and tolerance of stress.
· Service/Product and customer focus mindset.
· English knowledge is at active level
