Join our team as a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with ReactJS , where you’ll provide technical excellence examples for a team of developers delivering software end-to-end.
You’ll be working in the agile development team in Krakow. The team is responsible for developing and maintaining a suite of global client-facing financial applications integrated with various systems.
This role offers a hybrid model, with 3 days per week working from the client’s office in Krakow, Poland.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical excellence example for a team of developers delivering software end-to-end
- Design, develop, implement, test, and deploy robust Java software components applying best development practices, in-line with agreed business requirements
- Collaborate with other IT teams globally as part of an agile scrum development team
- Assist production operations team in rollout and support-related matters, providing level 3 support
- Migrate applications to new technologies and into the cloud
- Communicate effectively with both business and tech stakeholders, challenging issues and proposing improved solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java software development
- Strong skills in JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript, and SQL, with excellent design and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in integrating applications with various systems and technologies, including EMS and Web Services
- Good knowledge of Spring and Spring integration
- Experience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements refinement to production deployment and support
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to mentor and guide less experienced developers
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely across verticals
- Fluent in English at a B2 level
