Join Our Team as a Senior .NET Backend Developer

You’ll be joining an existing, highly experienced, and self-managed backend team dedicated to extending and enhancing our backend services. These services are integral to our mobile and web applications, as well as our clients’ smart home integrations. You’ll also contribute to our smart home integrations within the Amazon, Google, and Apple ecosystems. Our team is committed to improving service performance to keep up with our growing user base. In a SCRUM environment, you’ll plan your work, design features, implement and test them, and release increments every two weeks.

Job responsibilities
- Primary: Develop and maintain high-security, high-availability web services for IoT devices, mobile apps, and external integrators.
- Monitor and ensure the availability and performance of services.
- Ensure the system and data security.
- Test applications and services, implement automated tests, and ensure high code quality.
Job requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a .NET developer with a strong focus on backend.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and resilient backend systems on Azure
- Proven experience working with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Service Bus)
- Very good knowledge of implementing and optimizing communication between backend services and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication patterns.
- English language skills sufficient for working with documentation and technical literature.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience in IoT or smart home projects.
