Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and maintain Check Point Firewall solutions, including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting. Architect and implement Cisco networking solutions, encompassing routers, switches, and other network devices. Conduct network assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver scalable network infrastructure solutions. Provide expert-level support for network-related issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing timely resolutions. Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security trends to continuously improve network operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in network engineering roles, with a focus on Check Point Firewalls and Cisco networking technologies. Proficiency in configuring and managing Check Point Firewall platforms, such as Check Point R80.x, NGX, and SmartConsole. Strong expertise in Cisco routing and switching, including Cisco IOS, Nexus, Catalyst, and ASR platforms. Experience with network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, VLANs, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCSE, or CCSA are highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex network issues.
