We are looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join the team responsible for delivering cloud and data migration for a Scandinavian automotive group . You will play a significant role in the reporting systems migration part. This role includes working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translating existing Qlikview reports into Power BI . We’re not looking for an all-in-one expert. We are planning to expand the team to include the skills you find are necessary for a successful project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders and users to gather and clarify requirements;
- Analyze and understand the logic behind existing QlikView reports;
- Reproduce the logic in Snowflake and/or Power BI;
- Migrate required data and reports;
- Monitor project progress and determine required team size (potential lead engineer role in the future).
We offer a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract
- UoP: 14 500 – 18 700 PLN gross/month
- B2B: 125 – 155 PLN net/hour + VAT
You might be the perfect match if you are/have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in various positions such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Developer, and others;
- 3+ years of experience with Qlikview and Power BI: excellent skills in end-to-end development, from requirements gathering to report deployment, and have worked extensively with Power Query editor and DAX language;
- 3+ years of experience with cloud technologies, including some experience with AWS ;
- Deep knowledge of dimensional modeling , data access, and data storage;
- Extensive experience with Snowflake relational databases;
- Experience with both low-code and high-code environments for ETL ;
- Strong communication skills: You excel at collaborating and communicating with various stakeholders;
- A proactive and energetic attitude: You bring energy to the team and push it to new heights;
- Problem-solving orientation : You see problems as opportunities and are committed to continuous improvement;
- Agile methodology experience;
- Fluency in English (C1) to work effectively in a multinational team;
- Location in Poland for easy signing of cooperation offers and occasional team meetings.
Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:
- Business Analyst background;
- Finance background: understanding of credit risk and foreign exchange;
- Familiarity with Matillion for ETL processes (internal training will be provided if required).
