Brief Description: The Integrated Data Analytics and Statistical Programming Group within the Department of Data Science is responsible for developing software for the analysis of clinical study data following departmental SOPs and guidelines. Essential Functions Responsible for developing and implementing standards/tools for TLF Technical workflow. Work closely with Department heads and other programming team members to ensure that the strategy aligns with the automation goals for TLF programming. Coding Standards: Develop and maintain coding standards for the team.Ensure that all code is written following the coding standards.Conduct code reviews to identify and address coding standards violations. Standardization Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy for standardizing the team’s work.Identify and implement best data management, analysis, and reporting practices.Collaborate with other teams to ensure data and standards are consistent across the organization. Develop/Review the Specifications/Shells, as applicable. Manage and maintain master specifications/shells and collaborate with other technical leads and Group heads for E2E standardization. Implement Analysis Result Data and own the model for Analysis Results Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or other relevant scientific fields; master’s degree preferred Minimum of 8 years of experience developing software for clinical trials using the SAS/R system, with three or more years of writing SAS Macros/R Functions. Skilled in programming with SAS. Knowledge of additional programming languages is a plus.
