- Proactive Design Leader: Your expertise goes beyond project delivery. You actively participate in all design aspects, constantly seeking ways to improve our product offerings and empower your team through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
- Communication Maestro: Fluent in both English (B2+) and Polish, you effortlessly communicate project value, possibilities, and user needs across the company. You’re a master presenter, captivating your audience with clear and compelling information.
- Developer’s Ally: You speak the language of developers with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS basics, fostering seamless collaboration. You assess feasibility upfront and optimize solutions for smooth dev handoff. There’s no gap between vision and reality – you make it happen!
