Role purpose:
Testing is the cornerstone of successful software delivery. Test Engineers advocate for the end user and ensure an impeccable product is delivered. They are responsible for dictating production standards and establishing quality control systems. They work to define, document, and analyze the modes of success and failure in our software.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. Come work with us if you’re detail-oriented, process-driven, know the principles, practices, and procedures used in test engineering, and want to grow in our test engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and plans to support the software development lifecycle
- Hands on developing automated UI and API tests in various tools, from code up through AI automated tests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and design, to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with latest industry test standards and tools
- Define and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications
- Design and execute manual and automated testing processes to identify defects, performance issues, and other quality-related concerns
- Work with Quality Assurance Manager to continuously improve testing methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve identified issues, ensuring thorough defect tracking and resolution
- Foster a culture of quality within the organization, emphasizing the importance of testing and quality assurance in delivering exceptional software products
- Work with the Support Team to monitor and assist with customer feedback and inquiries
Requirements

- Friendly and positive attitude
- Created and integrated test automation into the software delivery process, enhancing efficiency and reliability
- You have tested a lot of software for the web and have worked in at least one large application
- You have a deep understanding of software testing, its main concepts and processes, and test estimation techniques
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
