Senior Reports Analyst – (Remote – AZ) at Best Western International Inc #vacancy #remote

Job Purpose:

Designs, develops and delivers reporting solutions to provide high-level analytical support to the organization.

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the design, maintenance, and delivery of reports.
  • Ensures operational goals adhere to set standards by tracking, analyzing, and providing recommendations on, for example: call patterns, conversion or service levels, abandon rates, historical data, and trends.
  • Responsible for designing dashboards to monitor performance and support decision-making.
  • Responsible for deploying advanced data visualization to provide analysis support and comprehensive reporting solutions with reports and dashboards. Understands and applies Data Lake’s modeling.
  • Maintains a high level of data integrity by performing periodic auditing and testing of reports and sources.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, problem-solving decision-making, and analytical skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with and creating databases, datasets, and dashboards.
  • Minimum 3 years of SQL skills which include the ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
  • 2+ years’ experience with reporting in AWS Connect, and Contact Lense reporting.
  • 2+ years’ experience with report writing in AWS QuickSight, or other reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Ability to create tables and queries in Redshift.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Skills:

  • Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. AWS Quicksight, AWS Connect, Visual Basic, and SQL experience preferred.
  • Strong math skills to include formula building and data integrity. Proven analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated reporting skills and ability to work directly with users to determine and meet business needs.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, problem-solving decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Strong and effective verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills.

Work Location/Schedule:

  • This position is AZ based, you must live in the state of AZ.
  • No relocation assistance is provided.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration support.
