Job Overview Manages pre-sales technical activities for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. Deep understanding and working knowledge of life science customers’ quality management needs; ability to demonstrate the most complete eQMS platform with a comprehensive suite of software solutions that drive processes to improve patient safety and help maintain regulatory compliance. Collaborate and directly support customers with their harmonization and digital transformation for their Quality, Regulatory, and Safety needs. This position is remote with travel to client sites. Essential Functions Provides industry knowledge and advice to sales representatives, partners, and customers during the pre-sales process on both quality and regulatory compliance to maximize the benefits derived from the organization’s products and/or services. Understanding of regulations such as GxP, GMP, GCP, GLP, and ISO 13485 that drive compliance and decision-making for various life science divisions: medical device and pharmaceutical companies. Provides technical knowledge, advice, and support to sales representatives, resellers, and customers during the pre-sales process to resolve requests regarding product/service technical issues and maximize the benefits derived from the organization’s products and/or services. Assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization’s products and/or services. Manages pre-sales technical activities for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions. Provides technical input into bid proposals, projects, and technical documents within the sales process, and may identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers. Develops detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans. Oversees pre-sale technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations. May publish technical articles regarding specific applications. Works with marketing and product managers to define new products. May serve as a company liaison on specific technical projects with customers. May provide product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives. May select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function. Can operate across like-minded technology applications. Follows consistent processes. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $88,100.00 – $146,900.00.
