We are responsible for the continued development of mobile-fitness solutions such as ASICS Runkeeper and ASICS Studio, global eCommerce platforms, and supporting digital services that encourage people to move, get fit and stay balanced. We are looking for someone eager to contribute to a team that focuses on Digital Marketing projects in a hands-on technical capacity. You will be part of an eCommerce Engineering team whose members have different areas of ownership and expertise. In this role, you will be primarily working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but you will also have exposure to other technologies including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, MuleSoft, and BlueConic. You will lead solutioning efforts on our most complex projects and assist the team with troubleshooting, triaging, workload estimation, and implementation. Responsibilities Transform business requirements into well-designed and documented technical solutions that leverage Automation Studio, Journey Builder, dynamic content, and other Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality to maximize customer engagement. Participate in new project discovery and clearly communicate verbally and in writing the pros/cons associated with potential alternative solutions. Maintain and enhance our Global Template solution with your advanced level HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS skills. Quickly gain a strong understanding of our data model and how to best leverage that data model as we build, test and deploy personalized emails via Email Studio and Journey Builder. Maintain and enhance solutions that supplement out of the box standard SFMC reporting capabilities. Ensure design and email layout is optimized, renders and functions correctly across multiple email clients, and is mobile friendly. Collaborate with third party vendors when developing solutions that leverage multiple systems. Assist in training, troubleshooting, and supporting other SFMC developers and other Marketing Cloud end users. Stay informed on newly released Marketing Cloud functionality and make recommendations on how our organization might leverage these new offerings. Requirements 3+ years of highly active Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist) Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development (JavaScript, HTML, SQL, Ampscript) Experience with Marketing Cloud APIs (e.g. SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and other integration techniques) Experience integrating external systems with Marketing Cloud Experience in agile delivery methodology Experience collaborating and working on medium/large sized engineering and QA teams.
