Your responsibilities, As a Scrum Master at STX Next, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Agile development processes and empowering teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. You will be responsible for guiding and coaching our cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework (or other), fostering collaboration, and removing any impediments that hinder the team’s progress. They are a part of client journeys into agile excellence.
Experience in Scrum Master role (min. 5 years). Solid experience implementing Agile methodologies within various teams and environments., Experience and good knowledge in Scrum proved by Scrum.org certifications (e.g. PSM II), Experience in other Agile and Lean practices (e.g. XP, Dual track, Kanban), Very good command of English (min. C1)., Focus on continuous improvement, both on team’s and individual level., Ability to create and deliver tailored training sessions for teams and individuals., Client-centric and focused on building honest, strong relations with the client., Business awareness, i.e. being able to convince the client to good practices by showing tangible business benefits., Communication and conflict resolution skills., Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with an emphasis on servant leadership., Able to act as a Product Owner if needed.
Optional, Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members., Experience in Product Owner role, Experience in working with Product Designers., Experience in working with DevOps., Knowledge of other project management methodologies and frameworks will be a plus (Lean, PMP, Prince2, Waterfall)., Atlassian Jira Administration, Experience in working with enterprise environment
