The Position

The Opportunity

As a Senior Site Development Advisor, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a high level of employee experience and continuous development on the site within the framework of local development programs and onboarding activities while ensuring all employment requirements are met.

  • Develop and implement a timeline to achieve targets, motivate the team, and contribute to company growth.

  • Provide mentorship and feedback to the site development team, ensuring a world-class L&D organization and a pleasant, inspiring work environment.

  • Actively monitor local development needs, manage programs, and ensure efficient, cost-effective learning activities within budget and company policies.

  • Create and maintain tailored end-to-end learning solutions, including local training materials, training administration, and vendor management.

  • Act as a trainer and facilitator, support internal trainers/coaches, and oversee local training catalog and policies.

  • Collaborate with department leaders, P&C Business Partners, and local vendors to identify needs, streamline processes, and maintain high-quality development programs.

  • Contribute to employer branding, maintain contact with universities, support job fairs, manage local talent development programs, and update local tender documentation.

  • We are seeking an individual with 3-5 years of experience in the field of people development 

  • University or College Education
