Reserv will be dependingon you and your team to build a beautiful, powerful product from auser-story driven front-end all the way to a scalable back-end as well as arobust integration layer that allows its customers to connect seamlessly toyour product. For this role, we are seeking engineers with strong Pythonand data engineering skills with a curiosity for systems, a proclivity forend-to-end ownership of features, and an ability to both run independentlyand collaborate well with fellow engineers and business-side teammates. Ifyou are ready to mold the vision for Reserv’s technology, join us onthe journey.What we needWork with our tech stack: Python, DBT, AWS (Lambda, ECS, Docker),Postgres, Ruby on Rails etc.Help distill the core interactions a customer of Reserv will need inorder to be successful in using our product, from our data science models,our data dashboards, to our core operational softwareShip code that productizes the work of the analytics team, includingproprietary ML algorithms, customer facing dashboards and operationalalertsEnvision and build scalable architecture for our analytics stack, onethat allows rapid iteration and deployment of data science solutions aswell as elegant access for our customersCommit on your first day, and deploy code continuouslySupport developers and data scientists at customer companiesAs we scale our product & engineering teams, collaborate closelywith our product ops, design, and sales teams, as well as mentor juniorengineersCommunicate ideas and specifications through detailed, precisewritingInfluence the culture, values, and processes of a growing engineeringteamEnjoy and have fun being creative and thinking outside of the box.
